Home & Office Cleaning Terms

I provide home and office cleaning services tailored to meet your needs. As much as possible, I use natural cleaning products. This includes vinegar, water, organic essential oils, natural fibre cloths and brushes, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, unscented soap, and other eco-friendly all-purpose cleaners.

Add-on services include light organization + sorting, thrift-store drop-off, and light pet care such as basic feeding and walks.

I require an in-person visit before any initial booking. This gives us the chance to see each other face-to-face and for you to provide me with a guided tour of your home/office, which enables me to give you a more accurate initial clean estimate. First-time service typically take longer than return service with regular upkeep.

Services are scheduled at your convenience, usually between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Tuesdays through Saturdays (subject to availability). Evening hours for offices are okay. If you are not present, please provide me with access to the property with a key or code.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, with your satisfaction, unless otherwise agreed. I accept cash, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer.

In the unlikely event that I incur any damages during the cleaning process, I will let you know and am prepared to cover the necessary repair and/or replacement costs, provided that all valuables are properly secured prior to the appointment, and you have let me know of any household or office quirks to be aware of (such as sticky latches and things like that).

Fees for Services

I provide home cleaning services at an hourly rate of $44/hour. I provide light organization + sorting services at an hourly rate of $44/hour. I provide thrift-store drop-off service at a set fee of $33. I provide light pet-care at a quarter-hour rate of $11 for 15 minutes.

Note: existing clients retain their current rate home cleaning services at $40/hour until March 1, 2026.

Minimum fee for service(s) is $110.

If you’d like to enter into a recurring set-fee or value-based arrangement, we can talk about that too. This often works best for office cleaning jobs.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. I accept cash, cheque, and Interac e-Transfer. I do not currently collect any sales tax. PDF invoices and copies of receipts available upon request.

Referral Program

When you refer a new customer to me, have them mention your name when they book. They will receive a discount worth 1 hour’s labour for that service, and you will receive a discount worth 1 hour’s labour on your next service.

Cancellation Policy

I don’t have any cancellation fees at this time. Please just let me know if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule an upcoming appointment or ongoing commitment.

I also ask that you please cancel if anyone in the household has a contagious illness.

I will not show up to clean if sick or contagious, and will provide you with as much notice as possible.

Occasionally I go on holidays. I tend to give at least 14 – 30 days notice if my holidays will interrupt our regular cleaning schedule.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

It’s my goal to leave you feeling 100% satisfied! Sometimes I miss the mark. If so, please let me know where I went wrong. I will respond as soon as possible and will work with you to make things right.


Privacy Policy

I collect only the necessary personal information to provide my services, including name, address, contact information, and payment details. Personal information is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communicating with you regarding your services. I may occasionally update you on any updates to the business (such as changes to availability and rates). I implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information, keys, and access codes from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting me through the methods below (for emails, please check your spam for my reply if we’re not already contacts).
